Please put out that all these DBIDS Card holders will need to renew their base access and vehicle registration.
People that need a DBIDS card will need to call the PMO to see if their names were processed in the system. 257-3842 is the PMO Office.
Camp Smith DBIDS ID issuance hours are currently: Monday-Friday 0630-1400 hours, closing from 1100-1200 for lunch.
K-Bay Passhouse DBIDS ID issuance hours are currently: Monday-Friday 0600-1330 hours, closing from 1130-1200.
Vehicle Registration DOES NOT ISSUE DBIDS ID’S or VISTOR PASSES

Hi All Reminder Practice shoot this Sunday
We have Sunday 26 February reserved on A range for rifle practice 200-600 yards.
0700 meeting time in the grass parking area, entry through the rear gate at the end of Fort Weaver Road. 88 round course. Starting this month 6.5 CM will be allowed. Rudy will not be attending this weekend so we will need another support truck if available.

Shooters. Since were are moving to a Electronic Scoring System. You will need to bring a Tablet or laptop or Smart phone to connect to the System. We will not have anyone in the PITS to mark Targets. If you have any question Contact Louis at 808-497-5464
Scoring: The Silver Mountain Electronic Scoring System will be utilized. Competitors will have a WiFi enabled IPAD, tablet, laptop or smart phone to score for each other.Special Notes 1. Reloaded ammunition shall be the responsibility of the competitor
2. Chamber flags/open bolt indicators are required in the rifles action and can be purchased at the match. Rifles are to be pointed downrange or in a safe direction at all times. Safety is the responsibility of all competitors. 3. Competitors will be asked to help in range safety, set up/ clean up, and comply with safety rules and show good sportsmanship. Failure to do so will result in a disqualification, forfeit fees/awards or barred from future PRPC activities. We are guests of the USMC and our future PRPC activities depend on all of our actions. 4. To be eligible to purchase ammunition and or weapons (M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, etc.) from the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). Purchasers must submit to CMP, proof of age (+21 years old), USA citizenship, membership in a state rifle association (Hawaii Rifle Association) or CMP enrolled club (PRPC), and participation in a highpower rifle marksmanship activity (50 shots minimum) in one or more CMP or NRA sanctioned competitions. A PRPC Marksmanship Certificate will only be given to competitors who participate using a center fire rifle with metallic sights. Hey Gang.
So Gang We were able to get the system up and running this past weekend. All matches the rest of the year will be with the electronic System. All interested shooters will need to have DOD Identification Cards and/or have a DBIDS card and current MCBH weapons registration documents from the Provost Marshal. The Back gate on Fort Weaver road will be open. We will be parking on the grass. Just follow the signs. We would like for everyone to send us an email that you will be there puuloaclub@gmail.com
Civilians without a DBIDS Card and MCBH registered firearms will have to complete the DBIDS process and send me their name, date of birth and a updated QR code. This process takes about 10 days. https://dbids-global.dmdc.mil/enroll
We are short on MCBH Qualified OIC/RSO personnel and most of our medical support has been tasked with the COVID-19 response duties You do not have to be a club member in order to shoot with us.
