This msg applies to both all military retired personnel and all civilians who have not renewed their DBIDS cards for themselves or their vehicles since 29 Dec 2019.

Please put out that all these DBIDS Card holders will need to renew their base access and vehicle registration.

People that need a DBIDS card will need to call the PMO to see if their names were processed in the system. 257-3842 is the PMO Office.

Camp Smith DBIDS ID issuance hours are currently: Monday-Friday 0630-1400 hours, closing from 1100-1200 for lunch.

K-Bay Passhouse DBIDS ID issuance hours are currently:  Monday-Friday 0600-1330 hours, closing from 1130-1200.

Vehicle Registration DOES NOT ISSUE DBIDS ID’S or VISTOR PASSES

 Shooters,

We have the Bravo Range confirmed for this Sunday. This will be a F-Class Match 600 Agg Match Program attached. F-Class shooters will fire first at 200 yards to calibrate the targets. Service rifle and recreational shooters will fire second for practice before moving back to the 300 yard line.

F-Class will fire unlimited sighters and 20 rounds for record in 20 minutes at 300 yards. Service Rifle shooters and recreational shooters will score, then take their place on the line to fire the 300 yard stages for practice. 

F-Class will fire unlimited sighters and 20 rounds for record in 20 minutes at 500 yards. Service Rifle shooters and recreational shooters will score, then take their place on the line to fire the 500 yard stages for practice

I didn't get NRA approval yet for this match due to the minimum 30 day requirement. The match program and F Class rulebook are attached. Muzzle Brakes are not allowed per the current rules.

Competition Open To: Adults or supervised juniors (+12 years of age) members of PRPC, NRA, HRA or other State Shooting Associations. Membership to Pu’uloa Rifle & Pistol Club or the NRA is not required to participate. Non-membership as space permits. PRPC reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals. No more than 24 entries allowed for this match due to range constraints.

Entries: Send an attendance confirmation to jerry.t.yuen@gmail.com or call (808) 388-0206 not later than 6:00 P.M. on the Thursday before the match.

Entries Limited: Report to Pu’uloa RTF for registration. When registered competitors have filled all the assigned squadded positions, the match entry process will be closed.  

Squadding: Squadding, target assignments, and scorecards will be issued by match officials. There will be 7 firing points per relay.

Show time is at 0:645.

Scoring: The Silver Mountain Electronic Scoring System will be utilized. Competitors will have a WiFi enabled IPAD, tablet, laptop or smart phone to score for each other.

  All matches the rest of the year will be with the electronic System. All interested shooters will need to have DOD Identification Cards and/or have a DBIDS card and current MCBH weapons registration documents from the Provost Marshal. The Back gate on Fort Weaver road will be open. We will be parking on the grass. Just follow the signs. Civilians without a DBIDS Card and MCBH registered firearms will have to complete the DBIDS process online, you will receive a QR code. Send me their name, date of birth and a updated QR code. This process takes about 10 days.  DBIDS PreEnrollment (dmdc.mil) 

  We are short on MCBH Qualified OIC/RSO personnel and most of our medical support has been tasked with the COVID-19 response duties   You do not have to be a club member in order to shoot with us.
